Hebrew Primer Classes Begin
If you are familiar with the Alef-Bet & the vowel helpers and are ready to move forward in your Hebrew journey, join us for Primer class. No prerequisite required.

Kapparat HaMashiach
We will be holding our brief Kapparat HaMashiach service. All are welcome, but this service is especially geared toward Vision Bearers and regular attendees. It is one of two times in the year when we share together in the traditional elements of Messiah’s Remembrance Meal. We will also devote time to praying for those who have been adversely affected by Hurricane Florence. This event is a fitting addition to preparing our hearts for Yom Kippur services, which begin Tuesday evening.

Beginning Tuesday night, we observe Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement (Vayikra 16; 23:26-32). Childcare will be provided during both services for children ages 0-8 only. A few things to note: First, the attire for Yom Kippur is formal as we stand in awe and reverence of our great King. It is very appropriate to wear an article of clothing that is white. Beginning Tuesday night, we observe Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement (Vayikra 16; 23:26-32). Our services will be held Tuesday at 6:30pm and Wednesday Morning at 10am. Childcare will be provided during both services for children ages 0-8 only. (Please note there will be no Jr. Shabbat on Wednesday morning.) Our Yom Kippur observance will continue throughout the day on Wednesday, concluding with the Break-Fast at night. Please remember to bring food for the Break-Fast on Wednesday night.
